We recommend qualifiers to proceed to the Administration Office early (8:00 am – 11:00 am) during the day of interview so that evaluation and enrollment may be done within the day. Please bring the necessary documents for the evaluation and enrollment.
REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERVIEW
For MI Passers:
1.Certificate of Achievements or Certificates from Competitions
2.Income Tax Return or Barangay Certification of Annual Income of Parent/Guardian
For those who already passed the Qualifying Exam for Scholarship, you may now proceed to our Administration Office for your scheduled interview.
For those who are not on the list, you may proceed to the Student Wellness Unit and look for Sir Roy.
