PROCEDURE FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION (GRADE 7: SY 2018-19)
Applicants must:
1. have taken the Entrance Exams
2. have a grade average of 87 and up.
3. take Qualifying Exams
4. undergo interview prior to enrollment.
Scholarship slots are limited.
SCHOLARSHIP QUALIFYING EXAMS for GRADE 7 (SY 2018-19)

Requirements:
Applicant must:
- have taken the Entrance Exam
- have not taken the Qualifying Exam last May 5, 2018
- have a grade average of at least 87
- bring photocopy of report card
- submit proof of income (any of the ffg.):
- Latest Income Tax Return of parents/legal guardian or
- Barangay Certification of Annual Income of Parent/Guardian
- have paid examination fee of P100.00 (Fee to be collected on exam date)
Passers will be announced on May 21, 2018
