For MI Passers:
- Certificate of Achievements or Certificates from Competitions
- Income Tax Return or Barangay Certification of Annual Income of Parent/Guardian
For Acad Passers:
- Certificate of Honor from previous school
- Income Tax Return or Barangay Certification of Annual Income of Parent/Guardian
For those who already passed the Qualifying Exam for Scholarship, you may now proceed to our Administration Office for your scheduled interview.
Please allow one day for processing and assessment of documents prior to enrollment. Please bring enrollment requirements which can be seen on this link: Admissions Requirements
